Bush hammering plates

We have designed our new integrated bush hammering plate based on the same Integrated Frankfurt concept: quality, design, versatility, self-reloading, robustness and great durability. The integrated plate has the advantage of working with a back plate and silent block rubber bushes which dampen most of the vibrations, thereby lengthening the machine’s life and respecting natural stone as much as possible. The best thing about working with a plate is mainly the layout of the rollers. The bush hammer plate is designed with an ideal layout where the rollers do not pass through the same area. This allows for a more uniform texture, less slab breakages and a reduction in the transmission of vibrations to the machine. Diameters available: D.150mm 3 rollers, D.230mm 3 rollers, D.300mm 3 rollers and D.300mm 6 rollers.

When you need to work with large-diameter plates, the PLUS bush hammer plate is the best option. We design the layout of the rollers based on the customer’s specific needs: when the machine has a fixed head, maximum production / hour, special materials. The PLUS plate uses the same spare parts as the integrated plate and they can therefore be combined. The same spare parts can be used for both systems, and even for the Integrated Frankfurt Bush Hammer. Diameters available: D.300mm 6 rolls, D.400mm 9 rolls, D.450mm 12 rolls and D.500mm 12 rolls.
