We manufacture this innovative Integrated Frankfurt Bush Hammer starting off with a solid block of steel in order to achieve the strongest, most robust Frankfurt frame in the market. Since it is made of steel, we can ensure it is not deformed or degraded by the work and it lasts much longer than any other kind of frame.
We have done away with the side frames, thereby reducing maintenance costs. The best thing about this new Frankfurt Bush Hammer is its outstanding versatility. The different spare parts can be connected onto the same segment to obtain all the finishes available, including coarse, medium, fine and extra-fine bush-hammered finishes; medium, fine and micro sandblasted finishes, etc. and other new finishes we will inform you about shortly.
Self-reloading is one of our new Integrated Frankfurt Bush Hammer’s strongest features. Since it cannot be deformed, customers can do the reloading themselves without the need for any mechanical knowledge. It’s as simple as removing a screw and placing the new part.
